We’ve got our hands on a 30-06 Thompson Center ICON and have now released our 5 round magazines for this rifle, with magnum calibers to follow. The ICON does not have a rear magazine retention tab like the T/C Venture or Compass, it relies on friction and a small raised pad on the rear face of the mag to hold them in. With the greater added weight of the extra round in our mags we had to make the fit tighter than the original drop-free mags to keep them in the proper position. They’ll smooth out a bit after inserting and removing them a couple times!
