Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This policy applies only to United States domestic orders / customers. Click here for our international orders policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date for the original purchaser only. If 15 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products such as laser engraved or marked items with customer-provided artwork or text, etc
  • Perishable items
  • Downloadable software products, files, or artwork
  • Special sale, discounted, clearance, or bundled products
  • Any product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the original delivery date
  • Shipping Costs


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (your financial institution may take 5-7 business days to post the credit).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet within 7 business days, first check with your financial institution as pending transactions may not be visible in your transaction history. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days from the date of your approval email, please contact us at sales@libertytreeventures.com or by phone at (253) 479-0124.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to being received by the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@libertytreeventures.com with your order information to arrange the exchange shipment.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping returns

To start your return, we require that you first contact us via Sales@LibertyTreeVentures.com or by phone at (253) 479-0124 to get a return authorization and include a copy of it with your return package. You can mail your product with copy of the return authorization to us at:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to issues with third party shipping.
