Finally, magazines will once again be available for the Thompson Center Icon rifles! Our NT-Mags are a vertical feed box magazine design and they work with the T/C Icon magazine spring eject function. Best of all, these mags are made in the USA! NT-Mags for the .308-based cartridges (.243, 6.5 creedmoor, 7mm-08, and .308) have a maximum overall cartridge length of 72.5mm or 2.85 inches. The NT-Mags for 30-06 based cartridges (.270 and 30-06) and the Magnum calibers (7mm mag, 300 win mag, 338 mag, etc) have a maximum overall cartridge length of 86.5mm or 3.4 inches. Please note that these mags have a tighter fit than the original loose fit / drop-free mags because they need some added friction to hold in the extra two rounds plus the longer magazine. The Icon rifle does not have a mag retention tab on the back of the magwell so a hard enough tug on the rear of the magazine can cause it to drop down far enough that the bolt lugs can’t reach the rim of the case to feed it into the barrel.

Far sturdier and more durable than the original 3-round mags, our NT-Mags are 3d printed from acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) thermoplastic with embedded glass fibers for added strength and rigidity. These magazine bodies have excellent chemical and oil resistance, UV resistance, and can resist temperatures up to 200 degrees! The follower and locking tab are a contrasting light gray color.
NT-Mags may not be compatible with aftermarket stocks!
